Dear “web buddies”,

Just hv had the first exam last nite, I was quite surprised that most of the questions are copied from the past exam paper! 

I was quite confidence to my performance last nite, but it is extremely insufficient time for the students to write their answers~~ and I just hv time to write in point form at the last couple of minutes and cant finished my conclusion in the last question… sigh… but I think my previous answers will grant pass marks.  Actually, that is the most easiest module through out the legal studies..

There will be another exam held this Thu nite, and I hv to continue to work hard on memorizing those court orders and case law…

Lastly, thanks for my friends in supporting me la! You are so grateful and precious to me le~

To my dearest "web buddies",

I am very sorry for not updating my blog for a while, as I was extremely busy with my work and my studies.  I has submitted my last assignment (company & employment law) this Monday.  Its been quite encouraging that I've got 3 distinctions (just got a credit in Basic Law) in 4 assignments.

As there are only 2 weeks time to prepare the coming examination, so I will now spend most of my time for the preparation.  There are 5 exams for 5 modules.  Unfortunately, the law case, legsiations as well as the court orders are much more to memorise than I expected... I've only got 2mb space inside my brain but there are almost 5mb stuffs to be memorised... it's a really big challenge to me but I sure I will try my best to handle this... may be u can make a prayer for me to pass the exam la

As such, I am not able to write any blogs until the end of the examination (i.e. 11 June). CU guys later!

Lastly, thanks for yr tolerance to my bad English la~~

我沒有想到寫卜除了和卜友在網上交流生活逸事和所見所聞外，原來還會收到卜友的手信呢~

這個卜友到日本旅行都不忘買手信給我，你這份心意令我很溫暖和高興啊!!! 我非常喜歡你送給我的禮物呢，多謝你，凱傑!

上星期日與媽咪、大姨、細姨，包括表弟妹們到華人永遠墳場拜祭婆婆和公公。可能很多人在之前的五天復活和清明假期出外遊玩，所以今日到來拜山的人士比想像中多呢，天氣亦非常炎熱…

原本我們打算跟其他拜山人士由油塘步行上山，可惜剛剛過了一處紅綠燈後就被警方截停了，他們實施了新的封路措施，所有拜山人士都必須乘搭唯一的巴士路線上山，而搭巴士的人龍的長度卻九曲十三彎，長度達至車站附近的球場還要打了好幾個蛇餅… 眾人在烈日當兇的天氣下迫在一起，非常悶焗，加上人龍久久也沒有移動，在種場面下亦難免有人古燥… 結果我們還是成功詢問了警察姐姐才得知原來另有一條截徑還沒有被封… 於是我們又轉行另一條路徑上山。

我們眾人在沒有充足的準備下都非常口渴(我們怎也沒料到今日是那麼炎熱和擠迫)，我們唯有頂硬上… 結果行了一段時間後在遠處才發現山下的擠迫情況更為恐怖，因為山邊的行人路實在太窄，路邊亦沒有欄杆，甚為危機…而警方卻沒有開放其中一條行車線給拜山人士，結果要實行”單線雙程”，在窄窄的山路上不停有拜山人士上山和落山，互相碰撞。期間，拜山人士(包括我媽咪)在這情況下又再古燥起來… 我媽咪在途中還差點兒中暑呢~

在經歷漫長的路途後，我們到了華人永遠填場的門前，第一時間我們需要到汽水機買水，可惜在每一部汽水機前都排了長長的人龍，我們又唯有耐心地等… 飲過水休息過後，我們要繼續向上行… 辛苦過後，我們還是到了婆婆的墳前並迅速開始祭祀的儀式，因為天氣炎熱加上沒有頂蓋，並很接近化寶盤，所以我們還是很辛苦。不過一年只是一次探望婆婆和公公也不要緊吧!

今次的拜山旅程由早上11時至下午5時多才完成呢!

去完旅行返黎就病，前兩日先大病全癒，估唔到唔夠一個星期又繼續病… 未做功課，又未搵到工，朋友又話我玩失蹤… 下兩個星期六日又要返學… 救命呀~

以前成年都唔病一次，基本上都唔使請病假，而家就一年病好多次，次次都係感冒．．．加上近年多左長期病患，定期都要去醫院複疹．．．

我在"開飯喇”的食評網站得知一間位於佐敦名為"澳洲牛奶公司”的茶餐廳一直在網站內居於榜首(有關食評)，出名燉奶、炒蛋和多士。於是這個星期六特地到訪，結果發現茶餐廳內果然人山人海，來餐廳的食客源源不絕，這個景象令我嘆為觀止。

因為地方狹窄，所以大部份食客(包括我們)都需要搭枱，擠迫情度叫人吃驚… 期間還不斷有食客在背後位置出出入入，有點不自在… 而餐牌選擇亦很少，基本上只有茶餐選擇(厚多士、ham併煎蛋或炒蛋(大部份食客都會選擇炒蛋)、义燒公仔麵和飲品一杯($26))。就這樣我們唯有每人點一份茶餐，來餐速度都算快~

雖然味道算是不錯(炒蛋有很香的奶味，厚多士亦很脆，牛油不多不少)，不過侍應們的服務態度非常之差勁… 他們向食客們大聲呼喝，禮貌欠奉，沒有笑容兼全程黑面，控制人流方面亦很混亂，一直只顧大大聲聲叫食客們進入餐廳內後門的位置站立，但餐廳內可站立的位置已僅無可有… 又有些食客在沒有被知會排隊的安排下見到空位就坐下了… 期間有好多食客因為不滿侍應的態度和安排而離開… 我對這班抱著 “唔憂做、唔恨做你生意”的侍應有點不滿…

經過這次的經歷後，感到有一點上了賊船的感覺，自討苦吃…我相信其實茶餐廳內有好多像我一樣錯上賊船的無知食客呢~ 雖然這間茶餐廳在網頁內“大受好評”，不過我還是覺得有服務態度(起碼不是黑面)的餐廳會適合我多點~

「 娶 個 吹 氣 少 女 做 老 婆 ？ 」 一 名 被 網 友 稱 為 「 日 本 毒 男 」 的 男 子 ， 前 年 居 然 與 一 個 樣 貌 清 純 漂 亮 的 膠 公 仔 少 女 舉 行 婚 禮 ， 其 後 還 花 近 1,500 萬 日 圓 （ 約 100 萬 港 元 ） 買 了 一 個 單 位 安 置 「 新 婚 太 太 」 及 另 外 三 名 公 仔 「 女 朋 友 」 。 毒 男 閒 來 會 為 「 少 女 們 」 梳 頭 、 換 衫 ， 甚 至 買 蛋 糕 為 她 們 慶 祝 生 辰 。

好變態呀!

熊貓貴為國寶，但死亡率高，很難繁殖。若果熊貓媽媽誕下兩胎的時候，一般只能照顧一胎，而另一胎的死亡率就非常高… 剛誕下的熊貓bb體型非常細小，很難想像一隻成年的熊貓是那麼巨大呢! 幸好有了有關繁殖人員的悉心照顧，令很多面臨死亡的熊貓bb能繼續生存!

而今年奧運的其中一隻吉祥物 “晶晶” 也是熊貓的化身啊~

首先，好多謝各位blog友既支持，你地令到我好感動呢~ 小企鵝會係學業和事業方面兩方面繼續努力~ 尋日我去左某一間大公司見工，I think the interview will only last for an hour, and it is very near to the present office.  Hence, I have told my boss that I will be able to back to the office at 3pm… but in fact, I have spent in the company for totally 2.5 hours! A new record of my interview’s history~

Firstly, as usual, the staff requested me to fill in the form which my academic and working history be provided.  After that, the first interviewer come and greets me and go straight for the interview, she asked me a lot of questions and test my English and Mandarin speaking through out the conversation la…  And after that, she requested me to attempt writing a circular in both Chinese and English.  Up to that moment, I almost spent 1.5 hours in their office.(I was anxious to back to the office).. she then requested me to have a typing test and a knowledge test of excel and powerpoint… finally, I have a chance to be interviewed by the director of the company, whom will be my direct boss if they employed me… she looks pretty and young, but mean... lastly, she told me that she will consider whether to employ me after the interview with other applicants next week, will inform me the result within next week… that said, wait for another notification again…

I was back to the office at 4:30pm…….. tired for a marathon interview….. made a serious & sincere apologies to my boss….

Ps. The first interviewer told me that the post is required to wear suit (except sat) through out the working days… and make sure to have make up (actually, I have make up everyday, but the first interviewer said I have not enough make up….?? I discovered her make up with scaring and exaggerating deep purple & red eye shadow… does she really mean that I need to have such a make up like her?!) I am curious that whether it is necessary to wear suit and have thick make up if I worked in the back up office, no meeting with clients is required…

上兩個星期見左幾份工，幾間都係大公司，唔知係唔係因為我要求一個月通知時間太長，或者要求人工太高，又可能interview既表現唔夠好，競爭對手太多加上大公司要求高… 所以直到今日都未冇回音呢… 其中一份係某大律師行interview，幸好我亦有second interview既機會，可惜當時個interviewer(係一名律師)話只擔心我係呢一行冇工作經驗會好難take up，加上我夜晚又要返學，唔可以成日加班，臨走既時候又話等通知…

而家香港經濟好返d，瀏覽求職網站亦發現好多空缺，但係原來搵一份自己喜歡又適合人地既工都仲係咁難… 唉.. 真係有d沮喪呀…

唯有阿Q精神，繼續努力!

好耐都冇同各位網友係呢個blog交流喇~ 小企鵝近排好忙呀，公司多野做，又要兼顧功課和上學，六月就考試，大把law case都未背，唔知從何讀起…. 又要密密為自己轉工打算… 看來，差不多成個月都冇理會到自己既blog囉~

Bubba Gump(有關食評) – 這個餐廳的由來出自阿甘正傳(Forrest Gump)，一本很出名的美國小說，及後亦拍成電影。故事中，阿甘在服役期間認識了好朋友巴布，而巴布的夢想是當一名捕蝦船長。他們彼此許下承諾，服役後齊齊當上捕蝦船長。可惜巴布不幸在戰場中犧牲，阿甘為了紀念這位對他珍重如山的好朋友，將服役後第一次捕到的蝦群以「巴布阿甘蝦」來命名。

地址 – 位於山頂凌霄閣3樓。

餐廳環境 – 隨處可見阿甘正傳的電影道具和劇照。

食物味道 – 不俗~ 餐牌內大部份選擇都是蝦的菜色，當然不少得美國至愛的薯條!

食物價錢 – 是否昂貴就見人見置，不過美國餐的份量都相當大，點一兩碟已很足夠。我們兩人次是消費＄５００～

¯餐廳內的環境。其實餐廳一邊是落地玻璃，若果是好天，可以從山頂看到香港漂亮的境色，可惜當天很大霧，白蒙蒙一片，什麼也看不到啊...

¯這裡叫order與一般餐廳有異, 並不是舉手示意, 而是將枱面上的鐵牌由藍色向後轉向紅色, 當侍應見到這個紅牌的時候便會自動到你面前來~　枱面的tennis racket其實是飲品餐牌啊～

¯Baby back rib: 牛仔骨煮得很琳，絕不'鞋'口，非常易咬，醬汁亦很惹味~當然伴碟的薯條都炸得很香很脆~

¯炸蝦燒三文魚：來到這間蝦餐廳，當然要點蝦，味道果然沒令我失望，三文魚味道亦都不俗．伴碟的是炸蘿白，脆卜卜，不過可能有點熱氣囉～
